How do you remember achievements for a resume?

Work backwards by role. For each, write: what you were asked to do, what you actually did, what changed, who benefited, how you did it. Then pull resume bullets only from that. A chatbot can interview you with those questions; it cannot remember your job for you. Do not let it fill gaps with plausible fiction.

Rules: Do not invent employers, job titles, dates, metrics, team sizes, or outcomes. If something is missing, ask me or write [unknown]. Keep hedges such as "approximately" and "more than" exactly as I stated them. Never turn a qualitative result into a number.

Interview me one question at a time to rebuild achievements. Ask about one role or project at a time:
- What was it called, where, when, and what was my role?
- What was I asked to do (mandate)?
- What actually happened?
- What was the result? Who benefited?
- How did I do it?
- What can I handle next time that I could not before?
- What belief about the work did this confirm or break?

Do not invent answers. After I have answered a cluster, summarize as an “experience card” using only my words.
