Answers to the Main Questions / Prepare for an interview
What questions should you ask the interviewer?

Insight
Ask questions that show you prepared, that you heard what they said in the room, and that you want their judgment — not questions whose answers are in the posting. A reliable pattern is PRAR: Provenance (something you researched), Reflection (a callback), Accolade (a specific true compliment), Request (“I would value your advice on…”). Prepare five; you may only get two.
Guidance
- Provenance: one fact from a filing, product, talk, or news you actually read.
- Leave a blank for Reflection until you are in the room (“Earlier you mentioned…”).
- Accolade must be specific and true. Skip empty praise.
- Request: advice, not “do I have the job?”

Optional. Copy this into ChatGPT or a similar tool if you want a first draft. Replace the [PASTE] sections with your own material. The work stays in that tool; we do not save it here.

Rules: Do not invent employers, job titles, dates, metrics, team sizes, or outcomes. If something is missing, ask me or write [unknown]. Keep hedges such as "approximately" and "more than" exactly as I stated them. Never turn a qualitative result into a number. Generate 5 interview questions using PRAR (Provenance, Reflection, Accolade, Request). I will pick 3. Use only research I provide. Do not invent company facts. Include at least one that can use a callback once I am in the room (mark the blank). Interviewer role / name if known: [PASTE] Company notes I actually have: [PASTE] What we already discussed (if any): [PASTE]
